Membership is a privilege granted by the Association and is subject to these terms, the Association’s bylaws, and any applicable policies adopted by the Association from time to time.

 

Eligibility and Approval

Membership Term and Renewal
Memberships are valid for the term stated at purchase or renewal. If automatic renewal is offered, you authorize the Association to charge the designated payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date according to the cancellation instructions provided.

 

Member Responsibilities

Communications

Termination
The Association may suspend or terminate membership immediately, or on notice, if a member fails to pay dues, violates these terms, or engages in conduct that the Association reasonably determines is harmful to its mission, reputation, members, or operations.

The Association provides membership benefits, website content, events, and materials on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

Limitation of Changes
The Association may revise these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates become effective when posted to the website unless otherwise stated. Continued membership or use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
