Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Membership Dues

Membership dues are used to support the programs, services, advocacy, and administrative costs of the Asssociation. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing, membership dues are non-refundable once a membership term has begun.

If a member cancels a membership, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid membership term unless otherwise specified by the Association. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, except where required by applicable law or approved by the Association in its sole discretion.

If a payment was made in error or a duplicate payment was processed, the member must notify the Association promptly so the matter can be reviewed. Any approved refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

 

Event registrations, sponsorships, certifications, merchandise, and other non-membership purchases may be subject to separate refund policies stated at the time of purchase.
